Management & Directors

Jim Voisin, President & Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. Voisin has been very active in the mining industry for the past twenty years, including previous Board of Director experience, numerous investor relations assignments, and senior executive positions.  He is the founding President of Cadillac Ventures Inc. and current President of UC Resources Limited (TSX.V: UC).  Previous to the mining industry experiences, he served on the Board of Directors of OK Tire, a corporation with one billion dollars in sales based in Langley, B.C.

Mr. Gregory Roberts, B.Sc., Director

Mr. Roberts is Chairman of UC Resources and is currently President of AHS Inc., a private company delivering communication services to the Pharma industry. He has extensive corporate experience in the sales, marketing, corporate strategy, business development, and communication fields with a track record of success in both private and public businesses. Mr. Roberts has a strong interest in the resource sector, including extensive investment experience in mining projects, and presently serves on the board of directors of a number of emerging growth companies in the resource sector.

Nicole Wood, C.G.A., Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Wood holds an Honors of Commerce in Business and her professional designation as a Certified General Accountant.  Over the past nine years, Mrs. Wood has acquired a full range of accounting and financial management experience in several industries such as resources, technology and investment companies, all of which were publicly listed on Canadian or US Stock Exchanges. Prior to this, she had worked her way up to Vice President of a Canadian Mercantile Investment Banking Corporation.

Mr. Patrick Burns, Director

Mr. Burns is a Canadian exploration geologist who has resided for more than 30 years in Latin America while working in a wide range of countries including Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Nicaragua, Cuba, Haiti and the Dominican Republic. During his 17 years in Chile, he was directly involved in the grass roots discovery of La Escondida, the world's largest copper mine, as well as the Escondida Norte and Zaldivar porphyry copper deposits and was the first Project Manager of all three projects. He is also credited with the discovery of the +1 million ounce San Cristobal gold deposit in northern Chile and was a part of the Sustut copper deposit discovery team while with Falconbridge in northern British Columbia, Canada.

Mr. Burns has significant experience in managing junior resource companies in Latin America, maintains an extensive South American contact base and speaks fluent Spanish. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Honours, Geology, from the University of British Columbia, and is a member of the Instituto de Ingenieros de Minas de Chile (Institute of Chilean Mining Engineers).
